The Lady Raiders scored a double win last night against Parkview!! Leading scorers in the 7th grade were Eliza Kerley and Cally DeSutter. In the 8th grade game are leaders were Eliza Kerley, Kiara Headen, Emma Junkin, Ameila Meeker, and Kally Richardson. It was a great day to be a Raider.

Midwest Central Middle School recently received needed classroom supplies from Project Kids. Project Kids is organized and supported by the Manito-Forest City Rotary Club. Boys basketball tryouts will be next Monday and Tuesday here at the Middle School 3:00 – 5:00 PM. All participants must have a physical turned in to the office before the first night of tryouts.

Student Council is hosting two fun activities this month. 1st-pumpkin decorating. These are due to Mrs. Dean no later than October 20. Parents will vote on these during parent/teacher conferences and there will be a prize for the first three places. 2nd-dress up for Halloween on October 29! There will be a contest for best dress and the top 3 winners will receive a prize.
