For the first time in MCMS history we have 7th grade volleyball Sectional Champions! The team competed against Lexington last night in Bloomington, brought home the hardware and punched their ticket to STATE this Friday in Brimfield at 4:30! They sealed the Regional Championship against Bloomington Cornerstone last night in back-to-back sets to win the match and now advance to the Sectional game vs. Lexington on Monday!

Scholastic Bowl split the matches last night. A team fought hard but lost a close one to West Lincoln Broadwell. Brooklyn led the team with 3 toss ups then Cozy with 2, Liam and Dakoda both with 1 as well.
B team won their first match last night! Both Hadley and Liam led with 4 toss ups each then Hudson and Jovi following up with 1 of their own. Mr. Bernhardt is looking forward to the future matches with the next one being against Beardstown on the 13th.
