Students in Enrichment followed the Raider PATH by showing they Respect their school and took Responsibility to keep it clean and beautiful! They earned Raider Bucks for every piece of trash they were willing to pick up. We all stopped by the restroom to wash our hands later. Well done Enrichment!

The cross country team did very well last night, with several season records including Max Dierker, Kylie Gale, Kamden Garmen, and Brayden Nelson. Great job Raiders!
Ms. Fisch's 3rd/4th hour science classes had a blast testing their paper gliders!
After catching up on all of their assignments, Mrs. Fink's 6th grade science classes made their own fossils today.
Tuesday night faculty and staff from Midwest Central School District served dinner at Abide Church in Goofy Ridge. An awesome night of food, fun, fellowship, and music was enjoyed by everyone.
The softball team defeated Lincoln 9-3. That must’ve been one awesome game! Way to go Lady Raiders!
Softball players will have their team pictures taken tonight at practice. Girls, please be sure that you have your entire uniform with you.
Today the Raiders take on Broadmoor at home. Come out and cheer on your home team! Game time is 4:15 PM.

A note from Coach Paige - Tryouts for cheer will be held in mid September (date to be announced) and all those trying out will need a up to date sports physical before try outs.
There is a sign-up sheet by the main office for any girls wanting to go out for girls’ basketball. There will be an open gym this Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 PM for those not involved in softball. Athletes must have a current physical.
The MCMS Baseball team will take on Rankin today. They travel to Pekin for a double-header starting at 4:15 PM.

The Raiders picked up the win Saturday with an 11-3 victory over Parkview! On the mound, Ryan Terrill went 6 and 1/3 innings, scattering 3 hits and 2 walks while whiffing 10 batters and allowing no earned runs!
The Raiders offense did an outstanding job Saturday, swiping 13 bases and pounding out 10 hits with 7 different Raiders getting in on the action! Zane Arthalony, Josh Dawe and Collin Price all had 2 hits for the Raiders with Dalton Johnson, Collin Price, Ryan Terrill, Josh Dawe and Zane Arthalony all picking up RBIs!
The Raiders improved to 5-3 on the season!!!
