The Raiders basketball teams felt the love on Valentine’s Day, sweeping a pair of games with Christian Life Academy Friday night!
In JV action, 4 players scored in double figures en route to a 76-55 victory to move their record to 12-4!
The varsity battled tough, outscoring the Lions 24-12 in the fourth quarter, including 6 three pointers, to grab the win 58-48! Josh Dawe had a team high 23 points, and Zayne Arthalony added 15, including a big 4th quarter that saw him drain 4 long balls from downtown! John Schnoor also added 7 rebounds and 6 other players reached the scoring column in the team effort!
The Raiders travel to Tremont on Monday night for a tough road test.

If you like seeing the ball shared then tonight’s JV game was for you as the Raiders JV basketball team racked up 17 assists en route to a 71-49 victory on Tuesday night over Delavan! Jacob Hummel led the charge with 16 points and Josh Dawe picked up 12 points in his only quarter of play. Zayne Arthalony and Blake Molitor added 10 points of their own, with all of Molitor’s points coming in a big second half. With the win the Raiders moved to 11-4 overall with a 5-1 record jn Tomahawk Conference play!
The gym was packed with fans and the future cheerleaders for the varsity contest, but Delavan pulled away in the second half to defeat the Raiders 64-43.
Be sure to come out Friday night for another home game against Christian Life Academy of Hopedale.

The remaining fans at the HS girls basketball game got to witness the 8th grade boys basketball team winning their 2nd Sectional title in 2 years. Back-to-Back Sectional Champions!!

A parent meeting with the HS Spring sports coaches and athletic director will be February 26th at 6:00 in the HS cafeteria for the sports of baseball, softball, and track. If you have already attended the Fall or Winter AD meeting, you only have to attend the coaches meeting following the AD meeting.


Congratulations to the 2025 Homecoming Court. Jaylyn Begeman, Baylie Holeman, Riley Kinney, Maddie Sidwell, Ayden Forbis, John Schnoor, Josh Schnoor, Owen Schmidt, and Homecoming King Raisean Anderson and Homecoming Queen Hawa Fassa.



The Raiders traveled to Peoria Notre Dame for IHSA Regionals where the top three wrestlers in each weight class advance to Sectionals.
Liam Zimmerman and Bocephus Schnoor finished in 4th place.
Remington Vonderheide had a pin his first round. He had a great season! We wish him the best of luck moving forward.
John Payne had a Major Decision (17-3) in the first round. He fought hard all day and came up short.
Kamden Merrill had two pins on the day. He earned the 4th place finish.
Richard Gilmore ended the day with two pins and a 4th place finish.

Liam, Bocephus, Leelinn, Cole and Kamden will be entering the Fresh/Soph state series on March 2nd!




The Lady Raiders will open their IHSA Regional play next Saturday, February 15th, at Minonk Fieldcrest. Game is scheduled to start at 4:00pm.
