Students in Mrs. Keaschall's math and algebra classes are still working hard! Last week they collaborated to discover some of the math behind why the Pythagorean Theorem works. Way to finish strong, 8th grade!

Students enjoyed their reward of styling Mrs. Henry's hair for the day.
A before and after picture is included; it was quite the transformation. :-D
These students had the highest gains in the classes on the STAR Reading Test. Way to go RAIDERS!

Happy Speech Pathologist Day! Helping students improve communication tools is such an important role in the District! Thank you for all you do!!!

The 8th grade Transition Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 23rd at the Middle School gymnasium at 1:00 PM. Families of 8th grade students are invited to attend this event. Following the ceremony, 8th grade students and their guests are invited to stay for cake and punch, take pictures, and celebrate their students' promotion. (Students will not be leaving to go to the high school this year following the event) We hope this allows families to have a relaxed afternoon and parents can take their student home following the ceremony if they choose. This is the last day of student attendance for 8th grade students.

Just a reminder that the boys basketball camp forms need to be turned into the schools office by May 30th. The date to receive a camp shirt has been extended to May 17th.
