All you need to do is to have a current physical, register for cross country, and sign up for the band app. It's that easy. Practices are held at the HS and normally start at 3:15 and end around 4:30 - 4:45. If you need any other information, please contact Coach Norris via email at norris@midwestcentral.org or call the HS. We are always looking for more runners to join the team.

Don’t let student transportation be frustrating for you or your students. Our goal is to provide you the best possible experience with getting your student to and from school. Here are some helpful hints that will make your students transportation experience more successful. • Mornings are rough and sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to make a change to your students busing in the morning, please call the Bus Barn at 309.968.3020. • Please do not call, text, or message a driver or monitor as they don’t always look at their phones and may inadvertently miss an important message. • Need to make an after school transportation change during the day? Changes can be made before 1:00 PM by calling the Bus Barn or school offices.

The Raiders offense got going early, with back-to-back doubles by Breckin Guy and Tyler Byrd in the first to take a 2-0 lead that they would never relinquish. Proehl added an insurance run in the 2nd and then Guy then added another big RBI in the 5th to put away the game. In game 2 action, the Raiders got another great pitching performance from Connor Coile and Griffin Tudela, who combined to strike out 7 more Rankin hitters. The Raiders baseball team capped off their first week of practice with a trip to Dozer Park to watch the Chiefs play! The players were able to get on the field before the game to talk to Chiefs players and participate in their they high five tunnel as part of their pregame starting lineups. Although the Chiefs lost it was a fun night at the ballpark!
