BIOL 140 students were having fun this morning at 7:00 AM completing skin sensitive tests for the Integumentary System Lab. BIOL 140 is a dual credit class through Illinois Central College that Mrs. DeSutter teaches at MCHS.

Juniors- if you are interested in taking the PSAT/NMSQT on Wednesday, October 12th, you will need to see Mrs. Harbourn. The test costs $17 and is a great preparation for the SAT.

The Pekin Elks Lodge #1271 and the Elks National Foundation will again sponsor the "Most Valuable Student" Scholarship. Scholarship for interested seniors planning to attend a college or university next fall The MVS Scholarship is open to High School Seniors who are US citizens graduating the spring of 2023. A total of 500 scholarships worth $2.44 million are awarded nationally. You do not have to be a member of the Elks. The deadline is November 11th, 2022. With the Popcorn Festival over and the Dime Toss being a success once again, the Rotary Club would like to thank everyone for their help, donations and participation!
