Midwest Central Lady Raiders won big over Hartem 15-0 on Tuesday.
The Raiders jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Mia hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, an error scored one run, another error scored two runs, and Alyssa drew a walk, scoring one run.
An error, and a single by Maddie helped Midwest Central extend their early lead in the second.
Midwest Central Lady Raiders scored seven runs in the bottom of the third inning. Mia, Katie, and Alyssa each had a single in the third.
Ava stepped in the circle first for Midwest Central Lady Raiders. She surrendered zero hits and zero runs over one inning, striking out two and walking one. Sophia tossed two innings of no-run ball for the Raiders in relief. She gave up zero hits, striking out six and walking one.
The MS softball game scheduled for today in Green Valley has been moved to Manito on the HS field.

The Midwest Central Lady Raiders captured a 12-0 victory over Peoria Christian on Thursday for their home and season opener.
The Raiders worked together to rack up multiple hits in the win. They got on the board in the first inning after Mckenzie doubled, scoring two runs.
Ava stepped in the circle first for Midwest Central, surrendering two hits and zero runs over two innings, striking out two and walking none. Sophia pitched one inning of zero-run ball for Midwest Central Lady Raiders in relief. She allowed zero hits, striking out three and walking none. Mckenzie threw the final inning and gave up one hit and zero runs over one inning, striking out one and walking none.
