If you are not satisfied with your portrait, have your child return the original photos on Photo Retake Day. Please include a note so we can make absolutely certain to address any concern you have with the photo. You may choose to have another photo taken or request a refund. Refunds are not available after the scheduled Photo Retake Day at your school. If you wish to have another school photo taken because of a new hairstyle; wish to show different clothes; or other non-photographer related issue, please submit an order form with payment and we will print a completely new set of photos.
