HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO:
It’s Day 5 of Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week was created in remembrance of Kiki Camarena, who was devoted to protecting his community from drug use and crime. Most students your age are making the smart choice of living a drug-free life! By making healthy choices, you are setting a good example for those around you. May your life be the best possible movie that it can be, and remember, it starts by being drug free.
MCMS is celebrating Red Ribbon Week this week. We will have dress up days each day, and a keynote speaker on Thursday, October 31st. Below is a list of each day’s theme and corresponding dress-up day:
Monday: “Put Drugs to Rest”-PAJAMA DAY
Tuesday: We’re RED-Y to say no to drugs” WEAR ALL RED!
Wednesday: “Friends Don’t Let Friends Do Drugs”-TWIN DAY
Thursday: Team up against drugs” SCHOOL SPIRIT DAY
Friday: “Drugs are old news” DECADES DAY!
